Your Background and Abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least 21 years of age

  • Complete pre-screening requirements (background check, drug screening, motor vehicle record, etc.)

  • Customer service oriented

  • Enthusiasm and ability to build rapport and engage with customers

  • Team player who is comfortable and respectful with fellow technicians and managers

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, follow directions, and timely complete responsibilities

  • Creative problem solver who can think outside the box

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, and professional appearance

Your Duties

  • Perform residential pest control service routes with an emphasis on delivering a great customer experience

  • Address and alleviate customer concerns and pest related issues

  • Stay task oriented as it pertains to route completion, customer reviews and other responsibilities

  • Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and gas card with care

  • Continually stay up to speed on latest industry trends and training

  • Utilize handhelds for customer routing, billing and service orders
